How to get started

Teamweek is a planning tool that helps you get a better overview of your workflow. By knowing who’s doing what and what projects lie ahead, you can react flexibly to change and be more efficient.

How to Start

All you need to use Teamweek is a team and a few tasks to assign.  

First, make sure to add your team members to timeline.

Then, start adding tasks.

  • Click and drag to create a task
  • Create a project and choose a color
  • Add daily estimates

Add a Checklist to make sure you understand what a project entails. 

Make sure to color code your projects to get the best visual overview.
