Profile Settings

In this article: my profile, preferences, general settings, daily to-do lists, visual impaired mode, unsubscribechange password

On My Profile you can edit your personal information and manage your preferences.

Your Account

  1. Click the Options in the upper right corner.
  2. Choose Settings.

My Profile

  • Edit your name and change your email address.
  • Upload and change your profile picture.
  • Change your initials by clicking on Edit Display Picture.
  • Delete your User Account.

(NB: Once you delete your account, all of your data will be removed and it’s not possible to restore it)

Preferences

General settings

  • Choose on which day your week begins
  • Hide weekends from the Timeline
  • Enable notifications to your email if someone assigns you or edits a task.

Daily To-Do list

If you wish to receive daily emails of all the tasks which are due on that day:

  • Go to Options – Settings
  • Enter the time when you want to receive these emails (e.g. 9:00 am)
  • Select your Timezone (find your city in the dropdown list)
  • Click on Add

If you want to stop receiving these emails:

  • Go to Options – Settings
  • Click on Delete and this will stop all future to-do emails

High Contrast Mode

High Contrast Mode can help you in visualizing your Timeline better and quicker.

To turn it on:

  • Go to Options in the upper right corner
  • Click on Settings
  • Toggle the option for High Contrast Mode

By toggling certain options, you can:

  • Make the text have higher contrast (turn gray font in black)
  • Add Background patterns to tasks
  • Add a Background patter to “Today” column
  • Add a darker Background to Weekends
  • Add strong borders between Tasks, Users and Milestones
  • Add color contrast (replace dark background colors with lighter ones for better contrast)
  • Make fonts bigger

Unsubscribe

To unsubscribe from our emails:

  • Go to Options – Settings
  • Uncheck the option for Get e-mails

Changing Password

  1. Click here to reset your password.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Click on the link we have sent you.
  4. Change your password.
