Projects View (Beta/Premium)

Projects View is a new and improved version of Project filtering. It’s still in its Beta version as we are gathering user feedback in making it better and more useful for everyone.

You can quickly access Projects View by pressing “P” on your keyboard or by clicking on Groups in the upper left corner and switching your View from Groups to Projects.

Adding Projects

  1. Click on the Groups/Projects in the upper left corner
  2. Select Projects (Beta)
  3. Click on “Add a Project”

Edit a Project

To change the name of the Project or change its color:

  1. Press “P” to access Projects View or click on the Groups/Projects in the upper left corner
  2. Click on Settings in the bottom left corner of the Project you want to change
  3. Click on the color to change it or change the name of the Project

Filter by Project

  1. Press “P” to access Projects View or click on the Groups/Projects in the upper left corner
  2. Click on View on the Project which tasks you wish to see
  3. Timeline will load only the tasks which are associated with the Project you selected

NB: Since Projects View is still in its Beta, at the moment it’s not possible to filter multiple projects at once

Delete a Project

To delete the Project:

  • Press “P” to access Projects View or click on the Groups/Projects in the upper left corner
  • Click on Settings in the bottom left corner of the Project you want to delete
  • Click on a red Remove a Project button to delete it

NB: Once you delete a Project, it cannot be reverted. Be sure to delete the right Project.
