In this article: create a projectedit a projectdelete a project

In order to be able to see how your Tasks are coming along, the best practice would be to assign a Project to them. In that way, you can color code your Tasks with more ease and use Projects View.

Adding Projects

  1. Click on the Projects in the upper left corner
  2. Select Projects 
  3. Click on “+Add a Project”

You can also create a Project at the same time when you are creating a Task:

Edit a Project

To change the name of the Project or change its color:

  1. Press “P” to access Projects Settings or click on the Projects in the upper left corner
  2. Click on Settings in the bottom left corner of the Project you want to change
  3. Click on the color to change it or change the name of the Project

You can also Archive a Project.

Delete a Project

To delete the Project:

  • Press “P” to access Projects View or click on the Projects in the upper left corner
  • Click on Settings in the bottom left corner of the Project you want to delete
  • Click on a Remove a Project to delete it

NB: Once you delete a Project, it cannot be reverted. Be sure to delete the right Project.
